CARE GUIDE


Responsible fashion isn't only about what we choose to buy; how we care for our clothes is equally important to make them last longer and minimise our environmental impact.
For your RtG garments, I recommend:
wash when needed (don’t assume our clothes are dirty after being worn just once)
use a low temperature quick wash (< 40c)
turn them inside out
place in a washing bag
hang drying is best
please do NOT tumble dry

The measurements for each garment are listed in the item description.  I currently only offer sizes S & M. As RtG grows, I would love to expand the size range to be more inclusive. If your size isn’t currently available, you can still contact me for a custom order.

SHIPPING


Ready to ship items are dispatched within 5 working days under normal circumstances.

The lead time for made to order / custom order items can take up to 3 weeks. Please contact me in advance if you need your garment within a certain timeframe.

For UK orders, I offer free shipping with EVRI 2 - 4 working days delivery. 

Unfortunately I do not take international orders right now. Follow our instagram to get updates on when I will start shipping outside of the UK.

Once your order has left my studio, I cannot be held responsible for any delayed or lost items. 


RETURNS & EXCHANGES


Due to the time-consuming handmaking process, I do not accept returns. 

Exchanging for another size is possible, depending on the availability of the materials. You will be responsible for any additional postage fees for the exchange. To avoid unnecessary exchanges, please check the sizing information listed in the item description carefully. If you still have questions on the size or the fit, please reach out.

Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
